Lagoon View Rooms have a King bed and a pull out sofa bed. These rooms overlook the private lagoon and a located in the Lagoon Wing of the Resort. Accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

Ocean View Rooms consists of either 1 King Bed and a pull out sofa bed or 2 Double Beds. Located in either the Golden Cowrie wing, Reef Wing, Ocean Wing or Coral Wing. There is a total of 188 Ocean View Rooms. Accommodates a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The Ocean View Rooms also feature a dataport and satellite/cable television. [floor plan]

Family Rooms are located in either on the ground floors of either the Ocean Wing or Coral Wing. They are configured with 1 King Bed and 2 Divans. There is a total of 58 Family Rooms and they accommodate a maximum of 2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 Adults. Family Rooms also feature a dataport and satellite/cable television. [floor plan]

Suites are configured with 1 King Bed and pull out sofabed. They are located in either the Lagoon Wing or Coral Wing with Ocean Views and accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. They also feature a computer dataport, satellite/cable television and separate sitting room.

Two Bedroom Bures are located on the Lagoon Waterfront. They consist of 1 King Bed, two doubles and pull out sofabed and accommodate a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. They also feature a computer dataport, satellite/cable television, separate sitting room and separate shower cubicle. There is a total of 4 Two Bedroom Bures at the resort.

Lagoon Terrace Restaurant (dress code: casual) - This Mediterranean influenced restaurant overlooks the Shangri-La’s spectacular lagoon. The restaurant is open 24 hours and serves buffet breakfast, a la carte dinners and theme buffets and also had an all day dining menu.

Takali Terrace Restaurant (dress code: resort/smart casual) - Situated on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and offers panoramic views of the reef. Open for full buffet breakfasts daily, poolside snacks at lunch and serves dinner with a la carte Asian cuisine and fresh seafood featuring on the menus. Also features a bar overlooking the Takali Pool.

Kalevu Restaurant (dress code: resort smart, long trousers and collared shirt for men) - The hotel’s signature air-conditioned restaurant where a live dance band entertains each evening. Closed on Fridays. Golden Cowrie Restaurant (dress code: Resort smart) - A traditional Fijian themed restaurant available for special events.

Bilo Bar is a beachfront bar offering the best sunset vantage point, serves a great selection of cocktails.

Black Marlin Bar - The center of action at night including happy hour from 5.30 to 6.30. The bar has a DJ every night as well as a resident band on Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday is Karaoke night.

The Niu Bar is located on the terrace of the golf shop overlooking the 9th hole of the golf course.

Coral Bar is the perfect place to relax by the new infinity horizon pool. Guests can enjoy a cool drink as they sit by the pool.

Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort is currently adding to their extensive range of services and facilities with the following developments to be completed this year:-

Gymnasium - approximately mid June 2006 Event Centre - approximately September 2006 Chi-Spa Centre - approximately mid December 2006 6 Honeymoon Bures - approximately mid December 2006.

Set amidst a plantation of palm trees at the waters edge, the Seaside Chapel is located in an intimate and secluded setting near the 7th golf green. The chapel seats up to 40 guests. On a raised platform, tall vases cascading with fragrant tropical blooms, stand each side of the altar which faces a glass wall and ceiling, providing the bride and groom and their guests with sweeping views of the reef and the Pacific Ocean.

The resort suggests an afternoon wedding where the hues of blue, green and white are at their spectacular best just prior to sunset.

DAVUI HALL This 323 sq m conference facility is situated in a secluded location overlooking the Peter Thompson designed 9-hole executive golf course. The Davui Hall also has a separate secretariat office and smaller break-out meeting room, adding to its versatility.

DAVUI EVENT CENTRE: The new F$11M Davui Event Centre is situated adjacent to the Davui Hall. The 650sqm centre is contemporary Fijian in design and furnished with the latest audio and visual techonology and technical facilities meeting the modern-day demands of the conference and incentives market.

PAVILION: Overlooking the golf course, and with a height of 6m in the centre and 3m on the lower edges, the Pavilion is divisible into three areas to suit your requirements and to add to the Pavilion’s versatility, there is also a set of five (5m x 5m) mobile tents.
