We organise car rental for you with a reputable car rental company and they will be at the airport to pick you up on arrival and drive you to the house. From there, you have the car rental for your entire stay.

Prices are quoted per villa; not per person and they include the rental car.

Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home gives you the privacy and comfort, while having a non resort holiday and experiencing some of the ’real Fiji’!

The house is perfect for couples and small families desiring privacy, beauty and a unique Fijian atmosphere. We love children,however, we can not take any children under the age of 7 years. Absolutely spectacular sunrise, sunset, ocean, island and valley views.

We have FIJI WATER fresh from our underground spring that runs through the Estate. Don’t buy water while you stay with us, it’s free.

The veranda around three sides of the house takes advantage of the beautiful views and breezes.

All the rooms and the verandahs look out over the beautiful ocean. Watch the birds and crystal ocean when you have your morning tea or coffee on the deck or in bed. And then enjoy an evening drink as you watch the beautiful Fijian sunset.

Regular housekeeping. Stereo, TV, DVD, Hairdryer, Phone, Laundry with washing machine, Kitchen with all appliances. Milk, tea and coffee and chilled coconut juice are supplied on check in.

Maui Bay Estate has its own beautiful private white sandy beach, clubhouse with wonderful swimming pool and parklands.

These are available exclusively to residents in the Maui Bay Estate, or guests using Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home. So feel welcome to swim at Maui Bay Clubhouse!

When you get to the Maui Bay entrance, follow the Maui Bay Road up through the forest to the top of the mountain. It’s about a 3 minute drive from the main road, up to the house at the top of the mountain.

We are around 5 minutes drive from major Coral Coast resorts, including the Rydges Hideaway Resort, the Naviti Resort, the Warwick Resort.

We are 20 minutes drive from the bustling tourist town of Sigatoka, where you can purchase all your supplies and do some shopping for clothes and souvenirs. Daily fruit and vegetable markets!

It is a 30 minute walk down the Maui Bay Road to the white sandy beach. Or a few minutes drive.

Staying at Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home means not being in the middle of the touristy crowd, but still being very close to all the convenient facilities and having the option of joining what ever activities you choose.

You can either ask your driver or caretaker about local attractions or things to do or you can go to one of the resorts for lunch or dinner or a swim or you can drive to Sigatoka and do some shopping and visit the daily markets. All the time knowing you have a beautiful home of your own to return to.

The view and atmosphere of Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home are very attractive and comfortable. It’s very relaxing to stay at home and watch the world go by. The best part is waking up and having breakfast on the deck, overlooking the ocean, listening to the waves breaking and birds singing!

Immediately above the house, just a few steps away, at the highest point of the property is our lovely timber deck and Fijian bure with BBQ. Great place to relax there and take in the views and quiet.

Fully screened with Fijian Pacific Green Furniture made from Coconut Tree. Internet access is also available at the nearby resorts, or in Sigatoka town. Internet access is also available in the house.
