| Tim’s Place is a privately owned holiday home on the Coral Coast of Fiji, with two bedrooms accommodating up to 6 persons. Conveniently located, it offers the privacy and freedom of your own home away from home and is ideal for a couple, friends travelling together or a family. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of a non-resort experience and enjoy the real "Fiji" Bring your fishing and snorkelling gear we are just only 150 metres from the pacific ocean. Surfers dont forget your board!! The verandah is right across the front of the house and you can sit out there at sunrise with your morning coffee or an evening drink at sunset and have a barbeque dinner!! Everything you need is there!!We can even stock the cupboards with your favourite things before arrival if requested!! Fresh flowers throughout the house on arrival!! Once you arrive at Tim’s Place, you’ll never want to leave! |

| Tim’s Place is located on Fiji’s popular Coral Coast - just an hour or so drive down a beautiful coastal highway from Nadi International Airport. We are located between the Rydges Hideaway Resort and The Naviti. We are just 20 minutes away from Sigatoka where there is daily fruit and vegetables markets!! |

| Tim’s Place is a fully-furnished holiday house in a peaceful location. Well-appointed and with all the comforts of home, the house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed. There is a also a double bed and bunk beds providing two additional singles. You can ask our caretaker to recommend the local attractions or travel to any of the five star resorts minutes away for lunch or property is completely fenced and secure and the caretakers live on the property but far enough to give you your privacy but close enough to help you with anything you require!! |

Dining & Entertainment

| Tim’s Place is fully self-contained with everything you need to self-cater. Groceries can be purchased in Sigatoka approximately 20 minutes away by car. Fresh food produce markets are daily. Our caretaker can arrange anything you would like to do. Car rental is recommended for added convenience or you can call a local taxi or catch a local bus right out the front!!
If you wish to dine out there are a number of restaurants in the area and non-resident guests are welcome.
Babysitting is available if you require. Just ask Kini or Appi for the details! For FJ$20 per person, enjoy a traditional Fijian Lovo with fresh fish, chicken and Fijian vegetables, all cooked in an outside oven. Again, Appi or Kini will be able to provide you with all necessary details. |

| RATES include the following facilities and amenities. 24 HOUR CARETAKER ON CALL TV AND DVD PLAYER/ HOT WATER GAS OVEN/COOK TOP AND ALL UTENSILS/ FRIDGE AND DEEP FREEZER/ FULL LAUNDRY WITH WASHING MACHINE AND IRON/ BBQ ON DECK/ CEILING FANS IN LOUNGE/DINING AND BEDROOMS CLEAN LINEN,SHEETS BLANKETS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND CHANGED WEEKLY/ HAIRDRYER IS ALSO AVAILABLE/ FRESH FLOWERS ON ARRIVAL/ FULLY FURNISHED WITH PACIFIC GREEN FURNITURE MADE FROM LOCAL COCONUT PALMWOOD THE HOUSE WILL BE CLEANED BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR STAY GROUNDS WILL BE MAINTAINED AND ANY MAINTENANCE WILL BE DONE WHEN REQUIRED
A full maid service is available on request for a fee including all cooking, washing, cleaning etc. |

Activities

| There are a wide range of activities to enjoy on the Coral Coast, including scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing, horseriding or surfing Take the bus to Sigatoka to view the famous and historic sand dunes and to shop at the market or supermarket. At Korotogo visit the Kula Eco Park to view some of Fiji’s rare and beautiful birds and reptiles. Visit nearby resorts where non-resident guests are welcome to use the pool, restaurant, bar and other facilities. Horses are kept on the property so are available at any time for a rainforest,mountain or beach ride just let Appi know when you would like to go and the horses will be bought to your door!!! Snorkelling is also available whenever you would like to go!!Just ask Appi!! |
