| Coral Palms has a great location at Maui Bay on Fiji’s famous Coral Coast and is accessible by road from the Nadi International Airport. The property is handy to local resorts, shops, banks, markets and other facilities. |

| This comfortable and spacious holiday home can accommodate up to 18 persons (20 on application) The Frangipani bedroom has one superking bed and can accomodate a cot. It has an ensuite. The Hibiscus room has 1 superking or 2 singles and can accomodate a cot. It has an ensuite. The Orchid and Bouganvilia Suites which are identical have 1 superking and 2 singles or 4 singles in each. They share a bathroom between the 2 rooms. They have a small kitchen in each. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, screened windows and DVD. The Coral Suite has three single bunks or 4 single beds or 2 superking beds. It has coffee making facilities. The Coral Room has 1 superking or 2 single beds. They share a bathroom. |

| Having your own holiday away from home means you can self-cater if you wish, saving money on the cost of eating out. However, resorts are close by should you wish to dine out; they also offer special Fijian island nights and entertainment. Baby or child minding can be organised on request as does maids/cooks at FJD$4 per hour each. Coral Palms has 1 fully equipped modern kitchen, including microwave and dishwasher. It has 2 smaller kitchens in the Orchid and Bouganvilia Suites. There is also an outdoor BBQ area and bar area. If you wish, you may hire housegirls to prepare meals for you. Only FJ$4 an hour. This gives you great flexibility throughout your stay.
There is a BBQ facility near the pool, a breakfast bar to enjoy breakfast al fresco. There is also a poolside dining deck cantilevered over the beach - a great spot for meals, or cocktails at sunset! |

| Amenities at Coral Palms include numerous features. Fenced tropical garden, masseuse on request, carport for those who wish to hire a car for use during their stay, radio/sterio, SKY TV, DVD, telephone, book library, fans, and cellphone coverage. For families, there are three cots available, two baby buggies, small children’s pool and baby/child minding service on request. The local resort has a free Kids Club also.
Cleaning and/or cooking service is available on request.
On site caretakers are completely and privately fenced from the house but are there for your assistance and security only if needed. Privacy is of top priority. |

| Coral Palms is a private holiday home right on the beach. Enjoy the beauty of having your own pool. The pool design also incorporates a child pool. Kayaks are supplied for use in the lagoon, which is also a marine reserve with tropical fish; an ideal swimming and snorkelling spot. There are also resorts only 3 minutes away offering additional activities and facilities.
There is a dining deck cantilevered over the beach, a swinging chair on another deck overlooking the beach - a great spot to relax in the shade of a large tree. There is also a jetty into the ocean and a floating pontoon with loungers.
